At LALA Hair Salon in Watford, we understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel your booking. However, please respect that we are a small business, and not showing up for your appointment significantly affects us financially.
To secure your appointment at LALA Hair, we charge a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill upon payment.
You can cancel or change your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without incurring any extra charges.
